Accounting and business processing, as well as logistics. The data is provided directly by you via a common means of communication or collected by Phidtelity e.U. itself in the course of processing. The provision of your data is generally voluntary.

Customers and suppliers including contact persons at the customer and supplier, administrative staff at the controller and third parties involved in the business process including contact persons at the third parties.

For contract fulfillment pursuant to Art 6 para 1 lit b GDPR

Necessity for compliance with legal obligations and legal enforcement (Art 6 para 1 lit c GDPR)

Legitimate economic interest based on the execution of the offered services and the related business processes (Art 6 para 1 lit f GDPR)

Data processors necessary for business operations (IT services, providers) pursuant to Art 28 GDPR

Recipients of the Data

If necessary for the above purposes, your personal data will be transmitted to the following recipients:

Contract partners involved in service provision

Tax advisors

Banks

Administrative authorities (e.g. tax office)

External IT service providers such as web hosting and email providers (short: providers)

Insurance companies (e.g. liability insurance)

 

Your data will also be processed partly outside the EU or EEA. An appropriate level of protection is ensured based on an adequacy decision of the European Commission pursuant to Art 45 GDPR.

Storage Duration

Personal data is stored until the end of the business relationship. Storage continues beyond this if required to fulfill legal obligations or until the expiry of relevant warranty, limitation or other legal retention periods or in case of legal disputes where the data is required as evidence.

2.2    Marketing Measures

Purpose

Customer support and marketing for own purposes

Affected Persons

Own customers including contact persons, administrative staff at the controller and third parties involved in business processes including their contact persons. Additionally, interested parties who have contacted the controller themselves as well as potential interested parties and customers whose addresses were collected by the controller or purchased or rented from address providers.

For marketing purposes, the following data is collected:

Date and subject of the inquiry

Service offering based on potential customer interest

Other data from communication with customers or suppliers
