Phidtelity e.U. is responsible within the meaning of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for the processing activities described in this Privacy Policy.

2. General Principles of Processing

The protection of personal data is important to Phidtelity e.U. Personal data is processed only on the basis of applicable legal provisions, in particular the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the Austrian Data Protection Act (DSG) and the Austrian Telecommunications Act 2021 (TKG 2021).

Phidtelity e.U. processes personal data only to the extent required for website operation, communication, handling inquiries, contract processing, accounting, legal obligations or legitimate business interests.

3. Website Operation and Hosting via Wix

This website is operated via Wix. When you visit the website, technically necessary data may be processed in order to provide the website, ensure its technical functionality, protect security, prevent misuse and detect technical errors.

Processed data may include in particular:

The legal basis is legitimate interest pursuant to Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR in secure and functional website operation. Where cookies or similar technologies are used, the provisions of the Austrian Telecommunications Act 2021 also apply.

Wix processes personal data in connection with website operation, hosting, contact forms, technical security, fraud prevention, performance and website functions. Wix may use sub-processors and, according to the available provider documentation, may also process data outside the EU or EEA, in particular in Israel, the United States and other countries. The European Commission has issued an adequacy decision for Israel. For other transfers to third countries, Wix relies in particular on suitable contractual safeguards such as EU Standard Contractual Clauses according to the available provider documentation.

If you contact us via the contact form, by email or by telephone, the data you provide will be processed to handle your request and any follow-up questions.

5. Business Email Communication with Google Workspace / Gmail

Phidtelity e.U. uses business email communication via its own domain. The technical provision is connected with Google Workspace / Gmail.

In this context, the following data may be processed in particular:

  • email addresses

  • communication content

  • attachments

  • technical metadata

  • contact data from business communication

The legal bases are Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for pre-contractual measures and contract performance, Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR for statutory documentation and retention obligations, and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR for legitimate interests in orderly business communication.

Within Google Workspace / Gmail, Google processes customer data and so-called service data to provide, manage, secure, bill for, support and improve the services. According to the available Google documentation, data may be processed in data centres and by sub-processors worldwide. For Google Workspace, Google describes in particular technical and organisational security measures, encryption in transit and at rest, access restrictions, sub-processors, data export and deletion functions, and contractual safeguards including EU Standard Contractual Clauses for international data transfers.

6. Cookies, Local Storage and Consent Management

This website uses cookies, local storage and similar technologies. Technically necessary storage may be required to operate the website securely and properly. Consent is generally not required for technically necessary cookies and similar technologies.

Consent management is provided via Usercentrics for Wix. Usercentrics stores information about granted and withdrawn consents so that the selected cookie and service settings can be documented.

According to the currently available cookie information, Usercentrics for Wix processes in particular the following data:

  • opt-in and opt-out data

7. Technical Wix Cookies and Website Data

In connection with the Wix service, the following technically required cookies or storage items may be used in particular (Name: purpose, duration):

  • svSession: session cookie for identification, session

  • SSR-caching: performance / rendering, session

In this context, IP address, browser information, referrer URL, device operating system, date and time of visit, pages accessed, usage data, click path, screen resolution, timestamp, amount of data transferred, internet service provider, geographical location and device identifier may be processed in particular.

8. LinkedIn

The website contains a link to LinkedIn. If you click this link, you leave the Phidtelity e.U. website and are directed to the LinkedIn platform. LinkedIn is responsible for the data processing that takes place there.

Where the website uses only a simple link and no embedded social plugin is active, no LinkedIn plugin data is transmitted simply by visiting the Phidtelity website.

9. Customer, Supplier and Business Partner Data

In the course of its business activities, Phidtelity e.U. processes personal data of customers, prospective customers, suppliers and business partners.

Processed data may include in particular:

  • name, company, function and contact details

  • address and billing data

  • VAT number and business identification data

  • offer, contract and project information

  • communication content

  • payment and accounting data

The purposes of processing include handling inquiries, preparing offers, contract performance, project execution, invoicing, accounting, customer support, statutory retention obligations and legal enforcement.

The legal bases are in particular Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (contract / pre-contractual measures), Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR (legal obligation) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in orderly business operations and legal enforcement).

10. Business Follow-Up and Marketing Communication

Phidtelity e.U. may use contact data from inquiries, existing business relationships or pre-contractual communication to respond to an inquiry, discuss a possible cooperation, present professionally relevant services or follow up on ongoing business communication.

Depending on the context, the legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for pre-contractual measures or contract performance and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR for legitimate interests in business development, customer support and communication about its own similar services.

Electronic direct marketing is carried out only where consent has been given or where the legal requirements for contacting without prior consent are met. You may object to the use of your contact data for promotional communication at any time.

11. Accounting and Financial Records

For accounting, invoicing and document management, Phidtelity e.U. processes personal data and may use internal accounting systems, a tax advisor and other professionally required recipients or service providers. In particular, customer and supplier data, invoice data, VAT numbers, payment information and receipts may be processed.

The legal bases are in particular Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR for compliance with legal obligations and Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for processing contractual relationships.

12. Recipients and Service Providers

Personal data is disclosed only where this is necessary for the purposes described above or where there is a legal obligation.

Recipients or service providers may include in particular:

  • Wix for website, hosting, contact form and technical website functions

  • Usercentrics GmbH for consent management via Usercentrics for Wix

  • Google Workspace / Gmail for business email communication

  • tax advisors and accounting service providers for accounting and financial records

  • banks and payment service providers

  • tax authorities and other authorities, where legally required

Where required, suitable agreements pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR are in place with processors.

13. Transfers to Third Countries

When using external services, processing outside the EU or EEA may take place. This concerns in particular Wix and Google Workspace / Gmail. In such cases, suitable safeguards, adequacy decisions or other transfer mechanisms provided for by the GDPR are used according to the available provider documentation, in particular EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

14. Storage Duration

Personal data is stored only for as long as required for the respective purposes. Longer storage takes place where statutory retention obligations apply or where the data is required for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.

Business and accounting records are stored in accordance with the applicable statutory retention periods. Inquiry data is deleted or archived when it is no longer required for the original purpose and no statutory or legitimate retention reasons prevent deletion.

Data subjects have the following rights under the GDPR, in particular:

  • right to rectification

  • right to erasure

  • right to restriction of processing

  • right to data portability
